Hops, Valerian, PassionFlower Contains a blend of natural herbs to soothe and so aid restful sleep The ingredients in Nytol Herbal have soothing, calming, sleep inducing properties: Hops are sedative and induce sleep Valerian is sedative, calming and induces sleep Passion flower is sedative and induces sleep Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

How to use

Dosage: For oral use, swallow whole with water. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: take two tablets, one hour before bedtime. Do not give to children under 12 years. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you take too many tablets seek medical advice. Max Temp °C: 30 Do not store above 30°C. Warnings Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid alcohol whilst taking this medicine. May cause drowsiness which can persist into the following day, if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Do not take this medicine if: You are taking antidepressant medicines You are taking beta blockers. Seek medical advice before use if: You are pregnant or breast feeding. Keep out of the reach and sight of children Do not use these tablets after the date shown on the pack.
